We currently ship across India and all international locations. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us at wecare@beyondthoughts.co to check availability.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom-made or energy-infused products may take an additional 2-5 business days for preparation.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    • Standard shipping: Free for orders above ₹500
    • Orders below ₹500: Shipping charges vary based on location
    • Express shipping (1-2 days): Additional charges apply
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
    • Customs duties, taxes, and other import charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • India: 3-7 business days (depending on location)
  • International: 7-21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
  • Unforeseen delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues may occur, but we will keep you informed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the provided link.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, security, or your local courier office.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at wecare@beyondthoughts.co within 48 hours, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
  • Beyond Thoughts is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
