Counseling– Stress related to exams can occur in chidren with scholastic backwardness as well as children with good academic performance if they become overanxious or overambitious. Self esteem of the children should be improved through counselling and they should be motivated to improve their academic performance.
Clinical psychologist– Required for psychoeducational assessments.
Family therapy– Includes all the family members, wherein they understand the learning capacity of the child, the strengths and weakness of the child. Role playing plays a key role in understanding the behaviour of the child and enhance self esteem.
