Family therapy– Functional Family Therapy aims to change a child’s communication and interaction styles by using various cognitive and behavioral techniques to create more positive exchanges and interactions within the family unit.
Arts based therapy– The aim of the session is to improve bodily awareness, motor coordination, imitation, social interaction and social skills. It also allows children with difficulties in speech and communication to express themselves.
Meditation– Meditation is especially beneficial for reducing stress. Studies show it can also reduce depression and anxiety, and help people manage chronic pain
Psychotherapy– A type of therapy called cognitive-behavioral therapy aims to reshape the child’s thinking (cognition) to improve problem solving skills, anger management, moral reasoning skills, and impulse control.
Psychiatry(medication)- Provides psychotherapy and medicine
